Terms of use
Conditions for using the Kivvia website and platform during the pre-launch phase.
Last revised September 6, 2026
Preliminary version. This document will be reviewed by counsel and updated before the first offering.
1. Who we are
Kivvia Fintech ("Kivvia") operates this website and the associated platform. Contact: sac@kivvia.com.
2. Pre-launch status
Kivvia is organizing its corporate structure and applying for the licenses required to operate as a crowdfunding platform. Until those licenses are granted, the platform does not offer, distribute or intermediate any financial instrument. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or investment advice.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to receive information, register interest and, as a producer, submit a pre-analysis. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.
4. Pre-analysis and interest registration
Submitting a pre-analysis or registering interest creates no obligation for Kivvia to structure an operation, and no obligation for you to participate in one. Any future operation will be governed by its own documents.
5. Content
Texts, tutorials and market data are provided for information. Market quotes are delayed and sourced from third parties; they may contain errors. Kivvia's brand, logo and content may not be reproduced without authorization.
6. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Kivvia is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions taken based on its content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Users in Brazil also benefit from mandatory consumer and data-protection rules applicable there.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last revision is shown on this page.
