The proposition
Each Kivvia operation finances a specific harvest and is repaid in product delivered to a contracted buyer. Investors take part in the result of that operation. There is no interest rate: the structure shares outcome and risk, in the spirit of profit-sharing finance.
What you can do today
- Create an investor account and register your interest: investor type, country, ticket range, preferred crops and terms.
- Answer five preliminary suitability questions. They are not a score; they help us prepare the right information for you.
- Follow the licensing and the announcement of the first series.
What happens before the first series
- Identity verification (KYC) with a licensed provider.
- Full suitability assessment as required by the applicable regulator.
- Access to the offering documents of each series.
Transparency
- Public market references for each commodity are displayed on the platform.
- Every order is recorded in our systems and mirrored on a public blockchain for audit.
- Custody is fiduciary; investors do not manage private keys.
