Waitlist open

Credit for agriculture, paid in product.

Kivvia structures tokenized offerings backed by physical commodities, connecting rural producers to global investors and off-takers.

We are organizing the company and licensing. Create your account to follow the launch and start onboarding.

01 · The model

Financing that settles in the harvest, not in interest

Paid in product

The producer repays with a defined share of the crop. There is no interest rate, so margins are not consumed by the cost of capital.

Backed by physical commodities

Each offering is tied to a real production, priced against public market references and delivered to a contracted buyer.

Structured cross-border

Structuring in Madrid under CNMV supervision, origination in Brazil, off-take with buyers in the Middle East and Europe.

02 · How it works

From pre-analysis to settlement in five steps

During the waitlist phase, steps one and two are open. The remaining steps become available after licensing.

  1. 01

    Pre-analysis

The producer describes the operation, the crop and the financing goal. Kivvia runs a viability triage.

  2. 02

    Broker review

A partner broker issues a non-objection letter to continue with documents.

  3. 03

    Structuring

Dossier, special purpose vehicle and financial instrument are prepared for the offering.

  4. 04

    Offering

Investors subscribe through licensed partners and the platform.

  5. 05

    Delivery and settlement

The crop is delivered to the buyer and the offering is settled in product.

03 · Who it is for
